How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open Settings from the sidebar and use the billing portal to switch plans or cancel. If you subscribed through the iOS app, Apple handles the billing, so cancel from Settings on your iPhone under your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I delete my account?
Ask us here, or from Settings in the app, and the account goes for good: sessions, hands, notes, drill history and analysis are all removed and any subscription we bill is cancelled. Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore the data afterwards.
A session imported but the hands look wrong.
Send us the room, the stakes and roughly when you played. Every poker room formats hand histories a little differently, and the fastest fix is usually a parser tweak on our side rather than anything you need to redo.
