Folding is a significant mistake. SB's small river lead is often a 'block bet' or a thin stab with missed draws, and our hand is far too high in our range to fold for this price.
Note: Folding bottom pair for this price is too tight; we need to call to prevent SB from bluffing profitably with their entire air range.
