We must continue calling. The 7c is a dynamic card that completes some straights, but it also gives us a gutshot redraw and SB is incentivized to keep pressure on with their overpairs and semi-bluffs.
Checking back is the only viable option. The Qs is a terrible card for our hand, completing the spade flush and turning our top pair into second pair, while also completing various straight combinations.
