Betting small is the preferred play. As the preflop raiser, we have a massive range advantage on Ace-high textures, allowing us to bet frequently to fold out the BB's air and weak high cards. **Ranges:** We have all the strongest Ax (AK, AQ) and big pocket pairs that BB lacks after just flatting. BB's range is wide and includes many hands like K8s or Q6s that must fold to any aggression. **Sizing:** A small sizing (around 33% pot) is ideal here. It forces BB to defend perfectly with marginal hands while allowing us to bluff efficiently with our entire range bottom, including this King-high. **Plan:** If called, we have clean outs to a King or Queen, but on most turns, we will look to check back and realize our equity unless the board becomes more coordinated. --- > **Takeaway:** On dry Ace-high boards, use a small c-bet to exploit the range advantage and fold out the opponent's high-card junk.
