Flop Analysis
Betting small is a viable alternative to checking, though checking is slightly preferred to realize equity on a board that heavily connects with the Big Blind's range.
We successfully navigated a dynamic board by betting for protection with a draw and maximizing value once our flush completed.

After picking up top pair to go with our flush draw, we must continue betting. While we chose a medium sizing, the solver prefers a polarized overbet to put maximum pressure on the BB's capped range.
Note: Sizing is too small; an overbet is preferred to polarize our range and maximize pressure on marginal pairs and draws.
The river is a mandatory value bet once we hit our flush. We chose a large sizing which is excellent for targeting the BB's condensed range of one-pair and two-pair hands. **Ranges:** BB's range is heavily condensed into bluff-catchers like 10-10 or 8-6 after calling two streets. We have the nut advantage here, holding flushes and sets that BB rarely has in this line. **Sizing:** Using a 1.1x pot overbet is ideal. It forces BB into a tough spot with their entire range, as they must call with many marginal pairs to prevent us from over-bluffing. **Blockers:** Our Ten of spades is a key card, as it unblocks the BB's lower flushes and straight-flushes they might feel inclined to hero-call with. --- > **Takeaway:** When the most obvious draw completes and you have it, use large polar sizings to punish a condensed, capped range.
