Raising is a significant error. We have a pure bluff-catcher that wins often enough to call, but raising only isolates us against flushes, straights, and better Ax.
Note: Raising top pair here is 'value-cutting' ourselves; we fold out all the bluffs we beat and get shoved on by every hand that has us crushed.
Once Villain 3-bets the river for a massive sizing, our hand is a trivial fold. They are never bluffing in this line.
