Checking is the preferred play here. While JJ is ahead of many of CO's floats, it cannot withstand a check-raise and functions better as a bluff-catcher that protects our checking range. **Ranges:** CO's calling range is condensed with hands like TT-77, ATs, and KJs. While we have more AA/KK, CO has a slight equity advantage (51.5%) because their range is more concentrated with hands that connected with this specific texture. **Board:** The King and Ten are both in the CO's flatting range. This semi-wet texture offers many draws (AsQs, QsJs) that will put us in difficult spots if we bet and face aggression. **Blockers:** Our JcJs is a double-edged sword; we block some of CO's straight draws (QJ, J9) and some of their King-X value (KJs), which slightly reduces the number of hands they can continue with if we bet. --- > **Takeaway:** On boards that favor the caller's condensed range, use medium-strength hands like middle pocket pairs to check and realize equity.
