Checking is the preferred play on this turn. The 4h is a blank, but our hand now functions better as a check-back to realize equity and control the pot size against a range that is either way ahead or way behind.
Note: Betting here over-inflates the pot with a marginal hand that doesn't benefit much from protection; checking back ensures we reach the river and keeps Villain's bluffs in.
