Flop Analysis
Checking is mandatory. This board heavily favors the UTG raiser who has all the sets (AA, 99, 22) and the strongest Ax combos.
Defending suited gappers from the BB is standard, but we must fold quickly when the board misses our range and hits the aggressor.

Folding is the only viable play. We have no piece of the board, no draw, and our high card is easily dominated by UTG's air. **Ranges:** UTG has a massive range advantage on Ace-high boards, holding all the nutted hands and strong top pairs. Our range is capped and mostly consists of mid-pairs and draws that must fight to continue. **Math:** We only have ~11% equity against UTG's betting range. Facing a 1.3x pot overbet, we need over 36% equity to call, making this an easy fold with the bottom of our range. --- > **Takeaway:** Don't feel obligated to continue with suited hands just because you defended preflop; on boards that favor the raiser, the bottom of your range should be folded immediately.
