We played preflop fine, but the flop jam massively overplays AA in a low-SPR spot where a small c‑bet prints and keeps worse hands in.

Flop Analysis

With a low SPR and a huge range advantage, AA should value-bet small and keep ranges wide; shoving for nearly 2x pot overplays the hand and collapses our value range into only overpairs.

Note: The 2x pot overbet jam with AA in a 1.24 SPR spot is a large EV leak — we fold out almost all worse hands and get called mostly by trips/full houses and strong draws.
