With ~23BB and multiway, we should mostly check flop and continue vs BU’s turn shove with A6.

Flop Analysis

On 2s-5d-6s multiway, we have top pair with a weak kicker and a backdoor flush draw. Solver prefers checking a lot here, and when betting, it leans toward a small 30% pot stab. Our 4.3BB c-bet (≈54% pot) is on the big side for a marginal top pair and tends to isolate us against stronger hands and spade draws.

Note: C-bet sizing is too large for a marginal top pair on a very connected board; a small 30% pot bet or check is higher EV.

Turn Analysis

After we bet flop and BU calls, the turn Js brings a lot of strong Jx and spade draws into play. With SPR ≈1, BU’s 17.2BB bet into 16.6BB is effectively a shove. We’re getting about 3:1 and need ~25% equity; A6 still has decent showdown value and some equity versus Jx and draws, so calling is preferred.

Note: Folding to BU’s turn shove gives up too much equity; with A6 and a backdoor flush draw, we should continue versus this sizing.
